Arnautovic Returns for West Ham in Style
One of the major positive points since West Ham United appointed David Moyes as their manager, has been the form of Marko Arnautovic.
The Austrian, signed in the summer, struggled to make the desired impact when Slaven Bilic was in charge, forcing many Hammers supporters to question his purchase.
But, since Moyes took over the Austrian has been in sensational form looking, by far, the best player in the side.
However, that scintillating form came to an abrupt halt when Arnautovic picked up a hamstring injury.
Yesterday though, against Watford, Arnautovic returned to the starting eleven and more than played his part in the side getting the three points on offer.
After the game, the Austrian had this to say about the game,
'I was hungry before I got the injury. My people helped me a lot to come back quickly. Nobody expected me to return that quickly. I try to give everything for the team.
'Watford kept the ball a lot because they needed to score but they didn`t have a great chance you felt they had to score. Our counter-attacks and chances, we should have taken the game far away.
'I keep working hard on myself. It was a tough beginning to my time at West Ham. I wanted to prove the critical people wrong. I`m surprised some people don`t like me as I have a good heart.'
Welcome back Marko.
