West Ham v Arsenal - Early Team-News

Just days after beating Chelsea at the London Stadium, West Ham host another London derby Premier League fixture.

The opponents on Wednesday evening are Arsene Wenger and his Arsenal side.

Ahead of the big clash between North London and East London, we`ve cobbled together some early team news:

Staring with West Ham United;

David Moyes could benefit from being able to utilise Javier Hernandez in his starting eleven. The Mexican striker has been out for five weeks after picking up a hamstring injury whilst on international duty with Mexico. At the weekend, he was an unused substitute against Chelsea.

Also in with a chance of making a return to the starting eleven is Cheikhou Kouyate who has also been struggling with a hamstring problem.

However, Edmilson Fernandes is doubtful with an ankle problem.

Continuing with Arsenal:

Arsene Wenger will be without the services of Aaron Ramsey with the Welsh international suffering a hamstring injury in the 1-1 draw with Southampton, at the weekend.

Also absent will be Shkodran Mustafi who is side-lined with a high problem.

Also, spare a thought for Santi Cazorla who remains side-lined after numerous foot operations not helped when the wound went gangrenous and he needed skin grafts to repair the damage.
