West Ham Linked with Arsenal's French Striker
With the January transfer window fast approaching, it`ll be interesting to see who David Moyes looks to add to the squad.
Today, one popular red-top publication, the Mirror, is suggesting that West Ham United might try to lure a striker to the club from another London Premier league side.
The referenced source is of the opinion that the French striker, Oliver Giroud, could be looking for a loan move, come January.
The 31-year-old striker rarely starts for Arsenal and has had to be content with a role whereby he often comes off the bench.
With the 2018 World Cup, in Russia, fast approaching, the inference is given that Giroud is wary that if he doesn`t get regular first team action then his place in the France squad for the tournament could be at risk.
As well as West Ham United being linked with his possible acquisition, another London club, in the form of Crystal Palace are also being linked with the striker.
