Hammers Set for Legal Action Against Sporting Lisbon
It`s fair to say that the relationship between West Ham United Football Club and the Portuguese club, Sporting Lisbon, are not what they should be.
The last few weeks of the summer transfer window, saw the two clubs heavily involved in negotiations to bring the Portuguese international midfielder, William Carvalho, to East London.
As it turned out the differing attitudes of the two clubs when it come to the price expected to be paid for the player, saw the deal collapse.
Now it seems that, according to the Daily Telegraph, the two clubs could be set to meet again but this time in the courtroom.
Our referenced source is reporting that West Ham United are set to launch legal action against the Sporting Director of the Portuguese club who has called David Sullivan a "liar" and a "parasite".
Go get them Dave!
