Valencia Deal Draws Even Closer!

Our spies tell us that there is a good chance that the transfer that will see Enner Valencia become a West Ham United player could be concluded today.

Reports suggest that a deal, somewhere between 11 million and 12 million has been struck with his Mexican club, Pachuca.

Talking about the 25 year-old Mexican, Stewart Downing has remarked,

"He looks a very good player and can nick a goal."

"We just can`t rely on Andy. Andy struggled with injuries last season so hopefully the new signings will take it off him a little bit."

Hopefully, with the assistance of Teddy Sheringham, our strikers can make sure we better the paltry goals for total we accumulated last season!
