Poyet Update!

Although there has been no official announcement relating to the capture of Diego Poyet, it would appear that a deal is all but done for the 19 year-old midfielder.

Diego, son of the Sunderland manager Gus, has given the heaviest hint yet that he is heading to Upton Park, from The Valley, when he`s used the social networking platform Tweeter to tweet,

"Not ignoring everyone, crazy but exciting few days. All will be revealed. Thanks for the messages #COYI."

The rumours we inadvertently stumbled upon, suggested that Diego is set to sign a five year deal as we try to reshape our squad ahead of next season.
