Hammers v Manchester United - Stat Attack

As us Hammer fans look back on yesterday and ponder over where it might have all gone wrong, against a side that are, by their own high standards having a poor season, we`ve uncovered the following two stats for you to digest.

1 - Having collected the Barclays Manager of the Month award before the game, for what was an excellent February, Sam Allardyce has now seen our side lose 3 Premier League games on the trot, with defeats coming at Everton (a), Stoke (a) and now Manchester United (h). It is the first time that Sam Allardyce has lost 3 games on the trot since becoming the manager of West Ham United Football Club.

2 - Whilst Wayne Rooney hasn`t scored at Old Trafford since December, his two goals at Upton Park, last night, should have come as a surprise. The England striker has now scored 9 goals in his last 8 games against us.
