"It`s Not Panic Stations"

The win, at the superbly named Cardiff City Stadium, was much-needed.

After those two horrific cup defeats, against Nottingham Forest and Manchester City, spirits were low both on and off the pitch.

However battling away, against the odds, the boys got three well needed points against Ole Gunnar Solksjaer`s side and managed to climb out of the bottom three, although whether that`s on a permanent basis remains to be seen.

Following the win one of our midfield heroes, Jack Collison spoke about the relegation situation, a situation whereby six points separate eleven clubs with Collison remarking,

"It`s not panic stations but we have to be realistic. It`s a very real situation we are in and we are still down at the foot of the off the table."

"We are at home next game, in front of our fans and it is about time we gave them something to cheer about."

Indeed it is although Newcastle will be tough opposition to crack and we`ll need to be at our best, but, as they say, onwards and upwards!
