'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Chamakh Fallout

The loan signing, back in January, of the Arsenal striker, Marouane Chamakh, was hardly greeted with a roar of approval.

Subsequently, his addition to the squad did very little to appease the discontent felt by the support at his arrival and any subsequent contributions were insignificant.

However Chamakh, now on loan at Crystal Palace , feels aggrieved at being let down by West Ham and has moaned in the press,

"It was not a good at West Ham. I made the wrong choice. The manager Allardyce promised me that with Andy Carroll`s injury I would have lots of game time."

"He told me something he did not respect at all."

"Alou Diarra had warned me. But I was stubborn and went there. It was a mistake. I was duped. That`s why I took so long to say yes to Crystal Palace."

Well perhaps if you`d have shown more in training that might have not been the case. As for being let down, the only person who let anyone down was yourself!
