'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Twitter Hack

Yesterday, in an article, we covered something the tabloid press had picked up upon relating to David Gold tweeting that the number of English players on the field of play in the Manchester City v Newcastle fixture was disgusting.

Well as it turns out David Gold, so the tabloids now inform us, said nothing of the sort and it appears that somebody, somewhere, has set up a Twitter account in David Gold`s name and is spreading malicious gossip.

To that effect we have removed the article posted yesterday and we`re happy to set the record straight.
