Parker Moves On

Parker Moves On

Last week, sometime, we mentioned that it was looking extremely likely that a one of our former players, Scott Parker, would be leaving Tottenham.

At that time it looked as if Scott might be dropping down into the Championship to be reunited with another with West Ham connections, Harry Redknapp.

However, there was also the suggestion doing the rounds that Fulham might try to do a deal for the player to keep him in the Premier League.

Well that turned out to be the case with Scott signing for the Craven Cottage based club, on a three year deal, yesterday, for an undisclosed fee.

Joining Fulham means that as well as having had a spell at Newcastle he`ll have played for FIVE different London clubs (Charlton, Chelsea, West Ham, Spurs and now Fulham), quite an achievement we think you`ll agree.

Here`s wishing Scott all the best at his new club and we look forward to seeing him in action.
