'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Sam Disappointed With Display

Having just signed a new two year contract, Sam Allardyce would have been hoping that his side could have put on a decent display at Goodison Park this afternoon, but it wasn`t to be.

In fact, Big Sam was critical of his side in his post- match interview, remarking,

'I'm bitterly disappointed. It's always difficult to play at Goodison Park and David Moyes's record speaks for itself. I warned the players but they chose to take no notice of me. It left us with a bad performance."

'There was only one man who did their job in my team and that was goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen.'

Short, but sweet and dead accurate!

It wasn`t good enough lads!
