'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Carroll Will Return to Liverpool

It is looking exceedingly unlikely that Andy Carroll will remain a West Ham United player come the end of his season long loan spell.

Stories circulating in the media infer that the Hammers don`t believe the striker justifies a potential 17 million transfer fee coupled with a weekly salary of 84,000 a week, following his performances this season with an inside source quoted as having remarked to the media,

"The move for Carroll is just too expensive."

"In the current economic climate, 17 million plus 84,000 a week over four years would add up to 33 million and we need to cut our cloth."

It all seems to make sense to me, how about you?
