Nolan Injury Update!

Although the manner in which we lost on Monday evening was hard enough to take, West Ham supporters will be also concerned about the loss, to injury, of our club captain Kevin Nolan.

Nolan was a first half casualty, courtesy of a challenge from Moussa Dembele, with West Ham fearing that their attacking midfielder may be out for as long as 8 weeks.

Reports suggest that the swelling around the injured area was so bad yesterday that a scan couldn`t be carried out with one red-top carrying quotes form a club insider, remarking,

"Kevin`s tough and if he can play with a pain-killing injection, then he will."

"But it`s impossible to determine the extent of his injury yet. It could be one week or it could be eight."

All Hammers fans will be hoping it is nearer the former rather than the latter!
