Di Canio Return Moves Closer?

A return to West Ham has been mooted a few times over the years, with talk of Paolo Di Canio returning as the clubs manager intensifying more recently.

With Sam Allardyce's contract up at the end of the season, and talks on a new deal not being rushed through, the thoughts are that the owners might be looking to replace him?

Di Canio is a fan favourite at Upton Park and has started to show his ability as a manager in his own right with his work at Swindon, even if he's sometimes (as he was as a player) somewhat eccentric!

A "will he won't he" scenario with Swindon has finally resulted in him resigning as manager of The Robins, it's believed that the League One club hope that his decision can be reversed but if it's not could the 44-year-old be lined up as the next Hammers boss?

firstly, I think you are crazy to consider dumping Big Sam and though I rate Di Canio highly, is this a case of not bringing back a legend?
