Diame Gets Some Stick

Diame Gets Some Stick

There`s a lovely story in the tabloid press, relating to Momo Diame.

Following the 5-1 defeat, at the hands of Arsenal last week, it`s inferred that Big Sam informed the squad that they had to report in at 07:00 the next morning for a de-briefing meeting.

It transpires that Momo Diame was; how you might say; a little late.

Upon his arrival, he was ribbed by the others who thought he`d left the club, in the open transfer window, for another club, as our captain Kevin Nolan puts it,

"Mo Diame was a bit late. When he arrived we all gave him some stick. We said we thought he had left us without saying goodbye. There is a lot of speculation in the media about Mo."

"To be fair he took all the banter really well. We were all upset and disappointed with the result at the Emirates and I apologize to our fans."

A lovely little story, but can we make sure we get a result at Craven Cottage please!
