Sam Charged?

Yesterday, following the FA Cup 3rd round replay defeat at the hands of Manchester United, we suggested that Sam Allardyce might pay the price for his comments about Phil Dowd.

Inferring that there is a bias, with regards to penalties awarded at Old Trafford was never going t go down well with football`s top-brass and to that effect it looks as if Big Sam will be charged by the Football Association today!

Big Sams has voiced what is a known fact, the big 4 have an advantage with referee decisions. I watched the match and in my opinion both for the penalty shouts should have been given, what got my goat was the Scholes challenge, a cynical ploy to stop a counter attack. If it had been lets say Winston Reid on Giggs would it have just been a Yellow card. Hmmm I think not
