'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Finally on the Score Sheet

I did predict, in my match preview, that Andy Carroll would score against Spurs.

However, my prediction that it would be the winner was wide of the mark as we slumped to an emphatic 3-1 defeat.

But, it was great to see that the striker end his drought by heading home a cross from Joey O`Brien, prompting Andy to remark post the defeat,

'It was about time. I'm just grateful to have got off the mark and hopefully there will be more to come this week.'

One at Old Trafford, this Wednesday, would be a start.
