Going Nowhere!

Any fears we held that Andy Carroll would be leaving Upton Park, in January, to go elsewhere in the Premier League have been somewhat alleviated.

It turns out that the rules forbid a player from playing for more than 2 Premier League clubs in a single season.

Therefore, with Carroll having been registered as both a Liverpool and a West Ham player already this season, it transpires that the only way we`ll lose Carroll, in the January transfer window, is if Liverpool exercises an option to recall him.
