Carroll Blast

I`ve no idea whether Andy Carroll will remain a West Ham player come the end of the season.

I`ve also no idea as to whether there`s a possibility that Carroll could return to Anfield, if requested, in the January transfer window.

But what I do know is that when he`s on the field, wearing our familiar claret and blue shirt, he`s something of a monster that gives us a whole new agenda.

Therefore, I`m hoping that some quotes attributed to Andy, in the morning press, could go someway in convincing Andy that his future is not at Anfield but here at Upton Park.

"I haven`t really had a fair chance at Liverpool."

"I was told I should move to keep playing regular football and so West Ham was a no-brainer for me."

"I didn`t really get a chance there. A new manager came in and I wasn`t part of his plans."

"For me to play football, that was my chance to do that. That`s why I am here at Upton Park."

Now, that would suit us down to the ground if Andy were to stay having got that much needed regular football at Upton Park.
