'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Time to Man-Up!

Losing is always a painful process.

Even more so when you`re away from home and face along trip home.

There`s plenty of time to mull over what went on and a long time until that first pint of beer settles on a familiar bar in front of you.

Reflecting on the painful defeat at the hands of Swansea, on Saturday lunchtime, Mark Noble had these comments that sum it all up perfectly,

"It was really frustrating because the game plan was working and then we made two silly mistakes and after that it was an uphill task."

"If you make mistakes at this level, you are going to get punished."

"Teams can then sit back and keep the ball. That makes life difficult for you."

"That`s what Swansea did and we will learn from that."

We have to, we`re not in the Championship now whereby we can use our skills to pull ourselves out of the brown stuff, we`re amongst the big boys and teams that make you pay for the slightest of errors.

It`s time to man-up West Ham United.
