A Vaz Te Proving Ground?

The signing of Ricardo Vaz Te proved to be a masterstroke last season.

The Portuguese star fired us to promotion with 12 goals in 18 games including the winner in the Wembley play-off final.

With all the talk being that West Ham are looking to recruit a proven Premier League scorer, Vaz Te has provided a few comments that suggest he quite fancies the task himself, remarking,

"I have confidence that I can score more goals next season."

"I am looking forward to the challenge that being in the Premier League brings."

And so are we!
